In Case You've Wondered

My blog is where my wandering thoughts are interspersed with stuff I made up. So, if while reading you find yourself confused about the context, don't feel alone. I get confused, too.

If you're here for the stories, I started another blog: scratchingforchange.blogspot.com

One other thing: sometimes I write words you refuse to use in front of children, or polite company, unless you have a flat tire, or hit your thumb with a hammer.

I don't use them to offend; I use them to embellish.

Kicking The Can Down The Road

The Supreme Court decision on injunctions appears to be an effort to avoid controversy, doesn't really solve anything, states a non-binding opinion, and will only lead to wallowing in the quagmire of our legal system. If they feel they handled the problem, they're wrong, and without an adult in the room, the children will continue their rambunctious behavior, until they light the curtains on fire.

    1. Refusing to address the issue of citizenship was a decision to be feckless.

    1. Reading between the lines shows the court agrees with the opinion of what are laws for citizenship. The way it was written shows the court is unwilling to be responsible, and concise. This will go on forever.

  3. Oh, it will get rid of almost all nationwide injunctions for a bit.

    1. I wonder if the judges will defer to the Supreme Court. They ignore everything else, and unless you drag one into jail, the rest will run roughshod.
